Will a title company bring up a satisfied judgement?

I am in the process of purchasing my first home and just wondering if the title company will say anything about an old satisfied judgement that I have.

This judgement does not show up on my 3b credit reports.

When the Judgement was Paid off did you make sure a Satisfaction of Judgement was recorded. If no Satisfaction was recorded the title company will think it’s still owing. Are you purchasing a home in the same county the Judgement was filed?

The judgement has been marked as satisfied.  The home is in a different state and will be living there full time.

A judgement that’s recorded as satisfied wont be listed in their report. Only one that was never recorded as satisfied.

They will find judgments by searching court records so doesn't matter if it's not on credit report. They don't care as long as it's paid
