can someone please help me quickly

I have a timeshare that has gone to final judgment and the sale is tomorrow. I just received some money to pay off the fees. I can pay the collection agency today by credit card but i want to make sure the foreclosure or final judgment is not on my credit report or will be removed once it is paid. Please someone tell me what must i do to make sure this does not go on my credit report.

Call the collection company and have them agree to send you a letter via email or fax.  I've done it with two or three of them and even though one lawsuit was filed and another one almost filed, they never showed up on my report.  However, you're probably stuck with the late payment marks on your report which should already be there since it is so close to foreclosure.
