is it normal that closing is thursday morning and today they asked for my signature on a termite form ? My LO told me all all ready to go go but that raised a eyebrow.
Not sure first time home buyer myself and I close thursday. I have been clear to close for 2 weeks and not had to submit or sign anything else after my actualy loan app.
