If you are preapproved for an FHA loan will a new copy of you credit report be pulled when the loan is being processed for final approval?

On FHA loans credit reports are good for 120 days if it's a resale home or 180 days if it's new construction.  Lenders are not required to check credit again before those days, however each lender may have their own credit report expiration date that is earlier than FHA's... so even though most lenders follow the 120/180 day guideline, your lender might not.
