So, help me. If a loan deferment is 12 months, and closing and deferment date are both 6/1/14. Do the loans come due 6/5/15, and is that considered the full 12 months. The 12 months ends 5/31/15...right?
Does due date have to be reported as 6/6/15 to be out of 12 months? This is making me crazy, lol.
