For those wondering we do have 2 accounts with 0 balances that have dispute comments. Never a peep about them........My starting scores are from the end of Jan. I have removed collection accounts from MCM, CMI, LNVN, Pinnacle, 2 medical, 2 Judgements, and 1 tax lien. My wifes car went dead 4 months ago got 1.9 from TFS, opened a WM card, and a Barclay's account. All this with a bk house included in 2006 (house wife only, and yes she is on new loan) got FHA 3.75. We would be stuck renting for years had I not found this amazing site. For all of you on the fence..... anyone can repair their credit if you really want to. It was hard, but will be even harder to keep and grow it. I spent a small fortune on fico scores and thousands of minutes reading threads on this site. 87 calls to Midland funding, and 15 trips to our local courthouse. I plotted and waited till I felt our scores could go no higher given our past. I am glad I waited until we weren't borderline. For anyone who still doubts the FICO sweetspot with CC UTI don't it's true!!! My advice to all is read, read, read, and when you have success pay it forward. That is the only way this site works!!!
