I am planning on refinancing my house in the next few months. I have an average fico score of 717. I was wondering if anybody with good credit has refinanced lately. I am looking for low apr's and low refinancing fees - no finance companies please!

With a 720, you likely qualify for the best of all possible rates and terms. If you have any CC balances over 9% util, that's an easy way to bump up your scores.
