Can anyone share info on how and where you guys have done it before? We just bought 250 acers south of Nashville, paid cash for the land its going to take us another 1-1.5 years to pay cash for our house. I was thinking about waiting till febuary of 2020 to take a construction loan to get the building started and then just pay it off in full when the house is completed? Any info would be great!
