i havent even been a month in my new house and i already got notice that they sold the mortgage to ditech today whats funny is synovus mortgage has already reported to my credit reports now when i create my login to ditech its telling me my payment is due may 1st so im confused should i be paying synovus or ditech because synovus sent me a notice in the mail my first payment was due may 1st as well i called synovus customer care and they told me to pay ditech but i just wanna be sure and will this hurt my credit at all i will assume synovus mortgage wont report anymore and will close out then ditech will start reporting. also is it strange that my mortage was sold less then a month after closing
