Hey OP, I was thinking about taking a loan out to purchase an apartment building. You know to get some money making assets. That sounds like the amount I was interested in. I kind of switched my focus to working on my credit and on my savings but would like to give this a try again in the future.
What all did you need to qualify for this loan and at that rate?
