Due to health problems, I have developed an extreme sensitivity to heat.  The last three summers, we have had months of 100 degree plus temperatures.  The weather is killing me.  Thanks for your suggestion.  I would have to rent out the house after I vacate.  It would not be easy but it is a possibility.

The easiest way would be to hire a property manager to rent it out for you. They typically get paid a percent of the fee and a sign on bonus when they get it out. I always used a site called rent.com to list my properties and find tenants. You've got to make time to show the property etc when you do it yourself.
