one more pieceof paperwork to turn in to LO on Monday soi'm hoping our loan goes to usda Monday afternoon...sighs...underwriting is no joke but it will all be worth it on the jan 30th!

it is tough...i don't even think my file made it to usda yet....i got a pre-approval letter with about 20 conditions....some for me, most for the broker to check out. smh. it is NO joke.  Good luck and keep us posted!!!!
