Other than tax returns themselves, is there any other way for 1099'ers to show POI ?
I do NOT deposit my cash either..
It would depend on the particular lender... it's been a while since I had to provide POI, but when I did some lenders were 'pickier' than others.
The lenders in question should be able to tell you what's acceptable to them.
