My eldest, my 15 yo, just did the WF checking account, $125 for 10 debit purchases. Now, I will bring him in to Chase for this new offer I see on my Chase page. $125 for only 5 transactions. This kid is going to have more money than I! ![]()
My 12 yo can't wait to turn 13!
When you open a Chase High School Checking℠ account together with qualifying activities.
It could be a stretch, but also don't forget Chase has been floating that $900 offer for I'd guess nearly two years or longer now.
If your child has a job and direct deposit, and has a way to fund $15000 for about four months, thats an easy $900 in the pocket.
We did this for P1, P2, and P3. P4 wasn't yet ready at that time. Now that I mentioned this, P4 is precisely ready for this at this time. Haha, thanks for the reminder, and congratulations on your kids bonus. We always do the best we can to help them out.

Ok, so I was waiting for the WF $125 to post to Kevin's account before I set up the appointment with Chase for their $125 offer. The WF posted several weeks ago! Long story short, tomorrow, Jan 10 (well, ok, today, since it is after midnight), we have an appt at Chase for Kevin to sign up for their $125 offer!!!!!! Woo Hoo. $250 free money for him!
My middle child will be 13 very soon. Will hook him up soon.
My youngest, 9 year old, well...... she has a little wait, lol.
Congratulations.
It's fun to do this for yourself, but also extra fun when you can do it for the kids.
You mentioned in your prior post that someday the kids will have more money...
These are true words. Just keep guiding them down the right path.
