Alliant CU external account through PENFED

Has anyone had trouble with Alliant CU and setting up external account through PENFED?

This is my third attempt and so far Day 3 and so far no trial deposits yet again.

I set up NAVY , my local CU and USAA for external accounts with PENFED and had zero problems, so I tend to lean towards this being a Alliant issue?

Any experience of thoughts?
