Amex Serve wont let me purchase anything online.

I've tried purchasing from various online retailers (Amazon and eBay mainly) but it never goes through, is there any fix to this or anything which could be causing it?

Have you contacted AMEX? That is who I would be calling.

I've tried, they said everything looks good on their end, so I'm not sure what else to do.

Does the Serve have a 4 digit code on the front of the card in addition to the 3 digit one on the back? AMEX cards tend to use the 4 digit code (called the CID) instead of the 3 digit CVV code that other issuers use for online purchases.
