Any advice on the best way to refinance my private Navient student loans with a 620 credit score?

This is how much I owe. My interest rate just went up on all my loans since the  feds raised the interest rates. 

I make about a littlr bit over 100,000 a year. I also have other loans but I applied for PSLF and I think they will get forgiven. 

Just not my private navient loans.

There are lenders for refi and combine them all into one. Most I looked at on NerdWallet are less than that 10% one you got.
