Applied and received SSL today

I applied and was approved for an SSL today. How long should I wait before I pay it down to 8.9%? Thanks for everyone's help. The advice that I have read and used on this forum has helped me very much.

Congratulations on your SSL! You can pay it down right away or give it a day or so to make sure your online portal has the account details.

I agree with @AllZero , pay it down to 8.9% or a hair less ASAP.

Nothing is showing on the Navy Fed website yet. I am going to pay it down as soon as I can.
