Nice ! I've heard some good things about them !
Look up my Titanium Rewards approval from late last year.
Funny you mention this - I was just approved for checking/savings with them this morning! It took them about 1 business day to process the app (applied late Sunday, status was "Referred" all Monday, approved early Tuesday am). Did you apply for deposit accounts or credit?
No HP was done for checking - I'm assuming they did an EX SP and Chex HP. During the application I provided front/back of DL and a utility bill for proof of address. Once it was approved things moved quickly: within 30 minutes of submitting the e-signed document my online account was up and running.
Ultimately I'm planning to make a run at the Titanium card, but my CRs are way too hot right now and I have some pruning to do first anyway. My Chex was pretty toasty too (I think 5 inquiries since 4/1 and 6/12 overall), but they didn't bat an eye at it.

I had a terrible experience with them.
They triple pulled me on my credit card application, and then denied it.
So I decided to close my accounts there, feeling that I would never risk a triple pull again. When I closed my accounts, they -- without warning -- assessed me an "early closer" fee.
Stupid outfit in my book.
Sounds pretty good! Hopefully you hear back soon, we don't have much patience around here. Lol

I'm sure that if someone showed them the money they would reciprocate.
@SouthJamaica, Sorry for your bad experience
