Re: BT or HELOC?

A wrinkle in my BT option. I just double checked my current BT offers and Discover (where I was planning on transferring to), no longer has the 0% APR with a 3% fee I saw previously. Now the 2 options are 0% APR with a 4% fee or 3.99% APR with a 3% fee

Re: BT or HELOC?

In buying a house it really does not matter what you putting down once you meet the loan programs requirements.   The only time it does matter is all cash deals.   We sell several 100 a year at our real estate firm and no one (seller) ever asks how much the down payment is.

And we are in one of the places where people read divorce and obituary notices to find their next house.
