Most likely they have detected that you are opening up new accounts all over the place, churning the sign up bonuses.

I went to the branch 2nd time since they infomed me to wait for a letter which never arrived, they told me they can not help me. I did open an account with Chex System, to obtain a personal report they ask if I was denied due to Chex Systems, the problem I do not know.

just go in branch and apply with cc/id/ssn card (just to be safe) and that should be more than enough

unless you have been burning banks with NSF fees or fraud or something sketchy, it's just an identity thing that can be solved by signing up in branch, also unfreeze your credit a soft pull for identity verification is done

After my P2 opened Chase checking account with $300 SUB few months ago  the person who helped her was nice. She recommended me to go to the bank, she set an appointment with him and opened a checking account last Friday with no issue. Now I will be gardening till January 2026 to be 2/24 to apply for Chase cards.
