College student tips for getting more income!

I'm wondering if anyone knows any ways that a college student could get hold of more income, I'm currently trying to buy some investment property and I just can't get a hold that kind of money working a minimum wage job. just wondering if the forum had any ideas! I'd really appreciate it!

Couple things I can think of that wouldn't be limited to a low hourly rate.

I'm a college student who tutors and gets paid $15/hr. You could try tutoring.
