Discover loan wait

How long after a denial do I need to wait to try again for a discover loan? I was approved for 25k(what I asked for) then rejected due to not being able to verify the credit questions. When I appealed they still rejected it and when the rep was reading the screen he said "user can reapply in 90 days" I just want to confirm if it is 90 days or not

Why couldn’t you answer the questions? Why wouldn’t they let you answer them later. That’s very confusing to me. For most banks it’s 60 days so maybe call another rep and see if you get the same answer.

I did answer them. The problem was that my public records had info that wasn't mine on it and it skewed the questions. The public records info wasn't on my credit reports either.
