As per my follow up from last months post.   I am trying to decide what to do.

SBA loan   our employees are independent contractors    and paid per job could qualify for maybe $1500 a month forgiven 

DW  and I are  considered self employed  and make most of our money from HUD, US B, BOA and Nationstarnd  they have the foreclosure forebearence (sp) .    They will send us out for inspections which basically pay gas money for the next couple of months and once the time is up we will be woking like crazy once they start forecloseing.  We would get unemploymnet of $600 per week each   for 4 months.   We sell some retail real estate and do some from fraud  investigations but not enough to  pay  .  bills.

Good morning boys and girls.  Happy April, Happy Wednesday!

Day 102 of 365 in the garden!

No credit news to report.  I expect some small score gains this month.  Currently, I've got three accounts reporting over 68% cranberry.  One of which has been corrected via credit line shuffling but hasn't updated to the CRA's yet, one will get paid down this month, but won't report with new lower balance until May... and I haven't decided about the other one.  I might pay it down in April, or I might spend the whole summer paying it down... as I am NOT applying for anything, it doesn't really matter.
