Since I am two days behind I'm sure someone anwsered it already, but I will answer it anyway on the off chance that you were ignored.

Amex never reports new accounts until the 2nd statement cuts.

That's standard operating procedure for AMEX.  Can't remember if it's after the 2nd or 3rd statement before they finally report.

it's all irrelevant because in absence of urinary tract infection, urine is relatively clean. If it wasn't, we'd all be walking around with sepsis.
