FWIW, if push comes to shove a laproscopic gallbladder removal and the recovery isn't the most serious of procedures but serious enough that IMO it's worth making lifestyle changes to try to avoid it. Even if you have the procedure you'll still want to avoid high-fat foods; the potential side effects are different but aren't exactly pleasant either.
I am actually not a fan of any fried sheeken places. (KFC, Popeye's, Church's, Bojangles) but there is a spot here in the metro ATL area that I will go to for the fried kind. (No, I don't consider Chic-fil-A in the same class as others mentioned above)
Care to share roughly where in metro ATL?
Gus's Fried Chicken in Chamblee or Sandy Springs. There are other good places but that one of my go-to joints.
Ha! I know the one in Sandy Springs, it's on Roswell north of Mt. Vernon. No idea of the one in Chamblee though.
