Possibly easier than with the fork.
That looks soooooo delicious!
And easy. Cook half a cup of rice.
While that's going, brown half an onion, add a clove of sliced garlic. Add protein of choice. Chopped pepper (red or green). Splash of wine. Or squeeze of lemon. Or orange. A couple handfuls of baby spinach.
Or not.
Dozens of variations on this basic approach. It's all about prepping the ingredients in advance, and staggering their addition so that cooking time for each is optimal.

Good Morning and Happy Weekend!
Long story, but since I'm awake and semi functional anyway, I'm doing tomorrow paperwork today...
Excel sheet updated. Current cranberry: 4.66% for me, 13.18% for her! I'm looking forward to the CRAs updating over the next 30 days or so... I don't remember my utilization being so low.
It'd be nice to see my reports clean with less than 5% cranberry... we shall see.
Breakfast was coffee and cheese toast.
Sometimes it be that way.

You've inspired me, @tcbofade
I've added a couple of calculated fields to my spreadsheet -- one for actual debt, the other for reported debt.
And when my raw cranberry creeps any higher than where it is about now, it's time to slow the spend.

Glad you talked about them! My first impression was some new type of "toilet seat" ..

It's 25 or so degrees here. We got a good snow overnight. Not ridiculous, but good enough that I had to shovel. Maybe four inches?
...and I remembered to pull the pick up truck into the driveway last night!
Driveway is clean. Next up is grocery shopping.
Y'all behave!
