Hello everybody, and welcome to July!
This month's theme for me is likely to be "transition". My therapist changes on the 18th (it's an annual change since I see a student), and my new boss will likely be announced this month, although I think I already know who it will be since my colleague has already been doing the role in my manager's abscence since my manager injured herself. It also will be a transitional month for me credit wise as I begin the process of eliminating cards that I do not use and have no use for. My spending categories are set and the related cards are in place as well. While it will mean a reduction in the total amount of credit I have, it will not change the amount I use or what cards I use.
I start this month with a day off and I will spend some time with my wife (who is on vacation this week) as well as prepare my paper for this week's assignment for my current class. By the way, even the school I am attending is in transition, as I received a letter this morning announcing a name change to "University of Maryland, Global Campus". I guess it makes sense since it is an online school with students worldwide.
My health is still holding up, and my blood sugar still doesn't test above 100. I have to admit that I have been spending more time reading labels to see the amount of sugar in an item to determine if I will eat it and if so how much I will eat.
Anyway, take care of yourselves and treat yourselves the best you can. Have a safe and happy 4th of July if I am not on here then.
