It looks like you're not alone, @MakingProgress.

I finally got a hold of someone via Facebook. I was told IHG has done a system upgrade and for security reasons is verifying some, to me it seems like a lot, of accounts. After providing my member ID name address phone number email and last day at an IHG property my account was unlocked.
Seems to me they've done this to too many accounts all at once since it's next to impossible to get a hold of someone who can unlock the account. I tried over the course of a Saturday Sunday and Monday to get a hold of someone holding on the phone for up to two hours Without any success. Even contacting them via Facebook took almost 2 full days to get it unlocked and get someone to help me.
Good morning Gardeners,
I hope all is well on this magical humpday.
(and by magical, I mean neverending and I'd like a nap now, kthxbai)
All of my problems with IHG started at the same time as I did a thing.

Called out from work because mil is sick. 100.2° fever, barking, the works. Her MS and pulmonary fibrosis means we're heading to the doctor today. Hoping it's not the covids.

Fever is pretty low, doesn't sound covidy. Hope she feels better.
