I do a function check, turn it on for a few hours before it gets too cold, in case repairs are needed. Then I get miserly at least through October.

I do a function check, turn it on for a few hours before it gets too cold, in case repairs are needed. Then I get miserly at least through October.
I dont tolerate cold well at all. My definition of cold is anything below 73 degrees but I'm not allowed to touch the thermostat till it drops below 70 and I'm not allowed to set it higher than 79
