Good article.    That CSP offer of 100k points does have me rethinking my hoarding, though (especially with pandemic travel pauses causing the stockpile, I may just use them for catback).    I did notice that my Southwest points were not awesome for the one flight I was threatening to take, so I'm not surprised to see that cost hike mentioned, too.
