Interesting Penfed PLOC approval

Member since 12/15 w 2 cc's, a car loan, and a small CLOC. 

Applied for a $7500 PLOC this morning and was approved this afternoon. 

Called now to ask if amount could be increased to $10K---brief hold then "no, current profile doesnt support that amount."  Fine

What was interesting was no HP and according to the Equifax rep,  not even a SP was showing---MY LAST APP W THEM NECESSITATING A HP WAS LATE LAST YEAR.

Probably had a pre-approval and didn't realize it thus no HP for the PLOC.

Negative. I get zero overtures for additional credit from PF, AND I look for them, plus I don't get pre-approvals from anyone, ever---I have a bit of a checkered past.

dunno..maybe they pulled someone else?  Only time will tell unless EQ person you spoke with wasn't the sharpest person out there and indeed their was a HP?

Negative. I actually pay for Equifax's site AND get text alerts on inquiries. Nothing. Plus the phone call obviously.
My only point was seemingly no pull of any sort for a new, for me, product. And I clearly was not within the PF 90 day grace period.
