NFCU AR timescale

I know that the whole deal with CLI in NFCU is to wait the 3 statements and AR.

Is the AR on a 'global' clock? Or is the AR done at an account's own clock?

Ex: Do they do an AR on everyone at the same time? Or at the start of an account, there is an AR after 3 statements, regardless of account creation?

Global - NFCU does AR at the end of every even-numbered month like clockwork:

December 30

February 28

April 30

June 30

August 30

October 30

and so on...
