NFCU approved my auto refi a few days ago so I figured I would take advantage of the HP and reapply for the CLOC. I applied two months ago for the max and was denied. I decided to cut my amount request in half to $7.5k and I was approved. I hope that I won't need to use it, but it's nice to have a cushion. Now if i could just get that 2nd CC.

Congrats on the approval! It will probably result in its own HP but I think it was worth it!
