NFCU CLOC approval

I was approved yesterday for a CLOC with NFCU. I've seen alot of people saying they only approve $500 now. But, I applied for 15k and was counter offered 3k. I gladly accepted! 

I am 25 months post bk7. Ex-680 Eq-674 Tu-672 are my current Fico scores. I have been with NFCU for about 2 years.

1. Did they HP TU or EQ?
2. Do you have your DD/ACH payments going into NFCU checking?
