Navy CLOC apply ?

Started building first time credit
I was approved last week for a navy paltnuim cc with $9,600 SL it’s still not reporting
I am using the navy checking account of navy that I opened last month so the CLOC will be good for me for a protection for over draft

Should I wait to apply so navy will see first some Payment History? On the new card

If you do not mind the HP, I would say go for it. I applied for one after getting the Amex they offered. I aimed high and they counter offered for 6k$. Profile was not where it is today, I am sure I could get the max now which is 15k. I hope this helps.
