Another hp. If you really need more than $500 ovedraft then you might consider it but it will be another hp.
Navy = HP

PenFed = HP

So I already have a small $500 cloc with navy in my personal account. Today my wife called and we applied jointly for a cloc on our joint checking account. She didn’t realize they would counter and applied for $500 they approved it @14.9 mine in my own was approved couple months ago for 16.9. I’m afraid she left money on the table. I called navy and they said only thing to do is to cancel the original approval and re apply? Is this okay to do or a waste of time ?
I wouldn't because it would probably be another HP knowing Navy. No way!

Ditto and you'd probably only get another $500.
IMHO, OP, if you dont mind wasting a HP, apply for a CLOC instead.
EDIT. Oops, is the $500 you were approved for an OOPS or a CLOC? If an OOPS, I suggest leave as is. If a CLOC, I would try for a higher amount
