Awwww yes!! That's your problem. When the security dept reviewed your membership, your grandfather's info wasn't there. That made you appear ineligible. I don't know why those csrs do that. Just pure laziness. It just causes problems down the road.

Thats why I told my mom she needed an account. I'm also trying to sell my brother and sisters on it. They are great....as long as it's all approved

Update: I called. Didn't need to talk to security directly. All they want is for me to come in person with my birth certificate, my mom's birth certificate to prove relation, my social security card, proof of residence, and a government photo ID. Guess I'm taking a road trip to Connecticut . Way less scary than I thought, sounds like not a big deal at all. I'm gladglad for my own security they actually check this stuff. I'll post how it goes. Thanks for the advice.
