So it appears the woman I originally called was completely incorrect, I called again and they specified everything I originally signed up for. The specialist didn't understand why I was given that information as well... they clarified my loan is not a certificate and it is indeed a shared secured loan (shared pledge loan) and that my funds will be after 2 business days. Paid on Friday so the weekend didn't count. She told me to call if no funds are made available in the next 48 hours.
TDLR funds will post in a day or two. Idk why that one person told me the wrong information.... nonetheless. Thank you all. My anxiety can rest, I really thought I did all this for nothing.

For our future readers that happen upon this thread, best not to divulge too much information to the CSR. Alliant SSL was shut down for whatever reasons. So not too many SSL alternatives are available that allows the reindeer game.
