My wife applied for PenFed membership over the weekend (late Saturday night) and it said that the membership application would be processed within one business day. It is now Thursday evening and she hasn't received any email or phone call or anything, so we're wondering what's going on with it.
Is this normal at all?
Is there someone we can/should call to check on the status?
She did get a hardpull on her report from the app, just not sure where things went after that.
