I like that when I call them during regular business hours. I'm talking to someone at the CU and not a call center.
Same with Penfed and Navy. I had such a bad experience with one CU lately. If I even get the hint they're using call centers for regular business hours, I'm going to pass. So much tougher to get business taken care of when you go through a middle man.
