Is there any place i can look at what tbills are availiable, with cost and such?
I buy T-Bills at auction via fidelity.com every week. Fidelity also provides prices and trading for the secondary market in US Treasuries. The trades are commission-free.

One problem with Treasury Direct is that you cannot sell your Treasuries on the secondary market on their platform. You would have to hold them until maturity, or transfer them to a broker or bank with secondary market capabilities.
Fidelity , vanguard, schwab all have option to buy tbills but min is 1000 dollars. You can buy tbills from treasury direct with min of 100 dollars. If i had a choice i would go through one of the brokerage houses to purchase your tbills. I have bought 1 month tbills from treasury direct before the site isn’t the easiest to use in the world , but its doable .
