Last Wednesday I initiated a transfer from my Wells Fargo checking to my Discover savings, doing it as a pull from Discover instead of a push from Wells Fargo. The money was gone from my Wells Fargo account by Thursday morning, but still hasn't shown not shown up in Discover. Discover says the transfer is completed, but the funds are not there.
This isn't the first time I've dealt with significant delays transferring money to/from Discover. I also moved money between my Discover savings and my brother's checking account and that money still hasn't arrived at his account yet. I need a HYSA that doesn't take a week to transfer funds.
Transfers to and from my Fidelity money market account to my bank accounts are usually same day or overnight for me. Their money market accounts are better than a Bank HYSA in my opinion. Also, considering you can get checks and a debit card with Fidelity, it may get rid of the need to move money between accounts depending on the purpose of the transfer.

I do have a Fidelity brokerage account, as well as an IRA and 401K with them.
For edification, I moved six figures from WF to Discover last Wednesday. It still isn't there today, pending funds verification. The $2k I sent my brother on Monday finally arrived today.
My Discover account seems to vary in terms of transfer times, though if it's pulled from an account that I've had in Discover's system for a while, it mostly seems to be a day or two.
Now with you transferring a 6 figure amount, you're probably going to be subject to delays and additional verification regardless of bank since the amount is so large.

Good information in this post already. WIll add I had a good number of dollars in the Discover Bank and always found it took them around four to eight days to move funds.
Frankly, I can move money from a major bank to Fidelity in the same calendar day and do (the "FedNow" Program works for many financials).
I closed Discover Bank and moved on (appreciated their products but, time can cost money too). Of note, I had been a customer of Discover Financial back to 2011 so there was no excuse they did not know me.
Lots of fish in the sea.
