USAA except for their credit cards. They are simply amazing and have always been there when I needed anything. They seem to truly care about you as a person.

Def NFCU they are like the nicest people on earth and everything is done quick for me. BOA been banking with them since I was in my teens working at kmart. Their fraud protection is A+. I was receiving fraudulent charges on my debit card and they shut it down, refunded me and issued me a new card....Cap 1 can take honorable mention, Iknow they can be weird but they always help me fast when needed and any questions that arised for me were answered by asking only once. Smiley Happy ...hope to earn chase's love soon Smiley Happy

I have accounts with BoFA, Key Bank, and Heritage Bank. Heritage is a regional, and my favorite by far. I just hope they don't get bought out by one of the bigs.
