Who does Penfed use to pull credit (VA)

I have an account with Penfed in VA. I thought they offered overdraft protection but learned from the representative that Penfed only offers a line of credit that is used as overdraft protection. In order to get it they have to pull your credit to see if you qualify. Does anyone know who they use EX, EQ or TU?

THEY ALMOST ALWAYS PULL EQ, AND NOW THEIR USING FICO9 FOR LOANS AND PRODUCTS
