looking for personal loan with out showing tax returns stated income.

Wher can you find lenders who will not ask for lot of documeneation like wat you need to show for credit cards. This is for friend who has credit score over 800 with over years of average credit history and mo late payments and ul of less then 10 percent. Has income of 75K income and has assets over million dollars. She has loan at 10.5 percent for 5 years left wants to get lower rate and for 6 years, needs 28K balance on the loan is 26K. Any ideas who will do loan like this.

Pretty sure they don't put liens on your properties for unsecured personal loans. The key word there is "unsecured". The income verification is usually just to prove that you "could" pay them and possibly debt-to-income ratios. Shouldn't have any problems refinancing other than a HP. As long as they keep paying there shouldn't be any worries

I don't have as much experience with personal loans though so hopefully someone else can shed more light on your specific question

Re: looking for personal loan with out showing tax returns stated income.

If she has an American Express credit card, she might be eligible for a loan.  American Express unsecured personal loans start at 6.9% and go up to $40,000 with a 36-month term.  Of course, the rate and amount depends on a person's credit profile.

PenFed also offers unsecured personal loans to members up to $25,000 with a 6.49% starting rate (depending on credit profile).
