Checking my Redstone account today and surprised that they do offer preapprovals. I had no idea! 
I think its great that some CU's offer these. This is one of the reasons I love Penfed so much. They'll show up in the center of the web page after you log in. I joined at the beginning of Jan 2020. My free FICO score still doesn't show..go figure. lol
If you click on one of the preapprovals. You'll see your rate and the rest of the terms on the loan.

Went into their app this morning. The offers show in it as well.
Some of these loans go up to 180 months.

That costs money.
You can get free transfers if you use People Pay and choose to use a bank account instead of an email address.
Was going to do an ETA. Free inbound ACH, OPs DCU account pull from Wells Fargo.
