1 Collection left to delete

I have 1 collection left on my report. It is Portfolio and the original creditor was Capital one and they have already done a GW deletetion. The DOFD will be 7 years old in 2 months. Any chances on getting Portfolio to delete?

The debt collector is not involved in credit report exclusion.  That is done solely by the CRA based on the reported DOFD.

Normally, they exclude at approx 7 years from DOFD, and you can call and request an earlier exclusion for up to three additional months.

Contact the CRA and request an early exclusion.
