1 minute invitation

Hey All, New to the site and to credit recovery road.

I have 6 items that are really affecting my score, all of which are due to fall off around Feb 2014.  Cap1 and Merrick are still reporting and thought if I could get them removed now, I would see a score increase, so I sent PFD letters.

Cap1 sends back a letter of dates, acct opened, last charge and last payment made.  Also a "Checked" box thats says: "We have placed a disagreement code with a resolution of dispute on your credit file to the major credit reporting agencies"  whatever that means.

Also the last page is what looks like a signed agreement called a 1-Minute Invitation, but with someone elses info. It has thier name, address, DOB, phone, SSN and how much they make.

It got me thinking, if i recieved someone elses info, maybe they have mine?

This is scary... Definately call Capital One and find out what is going on with this!

I also advocate the placement of a security alert on your credit files, just in case.
