5 months into rebuild - status update

6 months go.JPG

EQ SW tracker chart above.  This past 30 days I had one 90 day late removed (GW to SM for a July 2011 late) and had one 60 day late removed from Cap1 auto.  Most recently, I regained 20 points back after paying Cap1 MC from 90% UTIL to ZERO.  Back in late Sept I lost 30 points due to this and Walmart midcycle reporting.

Walmart gets updated on 2nd so should see gains from that UTIL being cut from 50% back down to ZERO.  Also, in late Sept I had my 5 new accounts report (2 backdated AMEX to 1993, 2 chase cards and Walmart Discover). Also, Nov will make my 90 day later 5 years old (hoping for a score bumb).  In December my WF and Cap1 accounts will be 6 months old and my 30 day late on different SM account will be 2 years old.

No lates since March and 7 new CC's since then.  Once my updated UTIL reports I'll join NFCU then will be app free until Refi in June.  I expect all my scores to be over 700 by then.  Right now my only score under 700 is EQ.

Starting Score: EQ 551 TU 548 CK 607on 6/8/12, EX 542(AMEX pull 3/4/12)
Current Score: EQ 808 TU --- EX --- CK 804(FAKO-EX 821, EQ 823, TU 803)
Goal Score: 750

That's great and so encouraging, awesome!!!!!!!  Did you see the 20 pt increase for util. immediately (within a month of paying down Cap One balance)?  Just curious.

Re: 5 months into rebuild - status update

Cap1 bill cut on 24th, I had paid on 22nd and I got SW update on 27th.  (I had to wait 30 days for new bill to cut but once bill cut it was within 3 days or so that I saw bump, took a day or so for SW to alert me to change.  EX report had changed within 1 day of bill being cut (according to USAA monitoring)
